An Enzyme is a protein that catalyzes or speeds up a biochemical reaction. Enzymes can be Plant, Animal, Microbial, or Fungal derived.

Fungal Enzymes are produced by Microbiological Fermentation Technology and are very specific in range. There are many types available, each with a specific function. Fungal Enzymes can be blended together to make a broad range enzyme product.

The two types of Plant Enzymes we offer are Bromelain and Papain. Both are Protease Enzymes and are derived from Pineapples and Papaya respectfully.

Animal Enzymes include: Pancreatin (which contains Protease, Amylase and Lipase), Pepsin, Lipase, Trypsin, Chymotrypsin, Diastase, and Panc-Zyme®.
